Terms of Use

Last updated: [DATE]

Agreement

These terms cover your use of the Coinbell app and website, provided by Evership Labs [CONFIRM legal entity name and mailing address] ("we", "us"). By using Coinbell, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Coinbell.

What Coinbell does

Coinbell sends notifications and shows a record of payments you receive through sources you connect, such as Stripe or a custom source. Coinbell does not hold, move, or process money. It is not a bank, a payment processor, or a financial adviser. Coinbell is not affiliated with or endorsed by Stripe or any other payment provider.

Notifications can be late or missing

Delivery depends on your payment provider, your phone, your network, and Apple or Google. A notification may arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on Coinbell as your only record of a payment. Check your payment provider before you act on a payment, for example before you ship goods or release work.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account. Give us a working email address. You must be at least [CONFIRM minimum age] to use Coinbell.

Connecting sources

You confirm that you have the right to connect each source and to receive its payment data. You can disconnect a source at any time.

Plans and billing

Coinbell has a free plan with limits and paid plans with more features. Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play, and you manage renewals and cancellations there. [CONFIRM trial and billing terms] Features, limits, and prices may change.

Test payments and sample data

Test payments and sample data in the app or on this site are for demonstration. They do not represent real money.

Acceptable use

Do not use Coinbell to break the law, to disrupt or overload it, to send fake or spam events to a source's endpoint, or to copy or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Our rights and yours

Coinbell, its name, and its design belong to us. We give you a limited, personal, revocable license to use the app. Your data stays yours. You allow us to process it so we can provide Coinbell, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Coinbell is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error free. [LAWYER REVIEW: warranty disclaimer wording]

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that come from a missed, late, or incorrect notification. [LAWYER REVIEW: liability cap wording]

Ending your use

You can stop using Coinbell and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put Coinbell or other people at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Using Coinbell after a change means you accept it.
